1. Who operates PropTrace

PSTSC operates PropTrace and is responsible for the information practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account identifiers, sign-in records, contributor or access status, and information you submit when creating or maintaining an account.
• Subscription information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, referral codes, and purchase history. Stripe processes full payment-card details; PSTSC does not need to store complete card numbers.
• Usage information: features opened, searches and reports requested, usage limits, saved comparisons, preferences, and interactions needed to provide or improve the service.
• Device and technical information: browser and device type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, diagnostic events, network requests, and security logs.
• Communications: information you provide when requesting help, reporting a problem, or otherwise contacting PSTSC.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide statistics, reports, saved comparisons, subscriptions, and access controls; process and reconcile payments; respond to support requests; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; measure and improve the service; communicate material account or policy changes; and comply with legal duties.

4. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help operate PropTrace, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, error-monitoring, email, AI-processing, sports-data, and payment providers. Stripe receives payment information needed to process purchases. Providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business. PSTSC does not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and local storage

PropTrace and its providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, session continuity, usage controls, and service performance. Blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working correctly.

6. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may de-identify information and retain it where permitted by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information through the service and cancel recurring subscriptions as described in the Terms. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

9. Children

PropTrace is not directed to children under 13, and PSTSC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact PSTSC so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. International use, updates, and contact

Information may be processed in countries where PSTSC or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date. Privacy questions or rights requests may be submitted through the contact channel published on the PSTSC website.
