Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PropTrace. PropTrace is operated by PSTSC (collectively, “PSTSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using PropTrace, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required where you live. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify PSTSC of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Research and educational use only
PropTrace provides sports statistics, comparisons, automated analysis, and related educational tools for research and entertainment purposes only. PropTrace is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide gambling, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing on the service is a recommendation or guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.
4. Data and automated analysis
Sports data may come from leagues, data providers, and other third parties. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Automated and AI-generated analysis may contain errors and must be independently evaluated. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Paid features and prices are presented before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, completed charges are non-refundable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and its terms and privacy practices also apply to payment information it processes.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse PropTrace, interfere with its operation, bypass access or usage controls, scrape or redistribute the service at scale, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, use the service unlawfully, or misrepresent PropTrace output as guaranteed or official league guidance. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated violation.
7. Intellectual property
PropTrace software, design, branding, original text, and original analysis are owned by PSTSC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, PSTSC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. League, team, player, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
8. Service changes and availability
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, or access when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be handled as required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropTrace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. PSTSC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSTSC’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid PSTSC for PropTrace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact channel published on the PSTSC website.
